resting on four winged caryatid supports, the lower tier with a pair of foliate
and cherub-mask handles, on tapering legs mounted with shell and foliate
clasps and joined by a wavy ‘X’-shaped stretcher with rosebud finial, on
scrolled feet, the reverse of the mounts variously stamped ZN
